This is a must-try especially if it's your first time in Taiwan! Here you will visit the following iconic places in Taiwan North Coast:

Visiting the North Coast can be done via DIY but I personally recommend joining a day tour instead since it's less stressful to have a tour bus to move you from one place to another.

🐼 Maokong (Gondola) and Taipei Zoo

Those who want a chill day especially those planning to visit Taipei with kids need to consider going to Maokong via the Maokong Gondola, and the Taipei Zoo.

These two destinations are typically visited in just 1 day since they are close to each other.

Try their braised pork rice bowl and visit before the shop opens before the big crowds arrive

📍 Lao Shan Dong Noodles

Also a recipient of the Michelin Bib Gourmand award -- known for their home made noodles!

Their beef noodle soup and vegetable dumplings are a must-try especially if you're near Ximending.

📍 Xing Fu Tang

Not a huge fan of brownsugar milk but this one's an exemption! The warm, sweet boba matches perfectly with the cold milk!

Their brownsugar milk is best paired with Xiao Long Bao (which they offer as a limited set in the menu).
